“2019 was the second year that Make-A-Wish Canada and our amazing partners at the Fairmont Royal York have created the magic of the “Wishing Wall”.

To celebrate Children’s Wish Month, the Fairmont Royal York’s “Wish Windows” along the front of their hotel were on display for 30 days, allowing hundreds of thousands of people to see that “joy is a wonder drug!”

“It was such a beautiful night, and the excitement of the kids seeing their images on a window was priceless. The photos of the wish kids strength and courage is impactful, and the quotes from the kids or family members in answering the question: “What does a wish mean to you?” are as powerful.”
